BREAKING NEWS: Today, high in the sky above peaceful Kirkland, Washington, our photo-reporter witnessed what looked like a near collision in mid-air. A uniformed federal employee that 'happened' to drive by the only place where this incident could be seen, questioned the reporter briefly, but upon the evidence inspection, no arrests were made and our photo-reporter was allowed to return to the HQ without further harassment. It is interesting that even his ID was not checked. Is it because he was registered and chipped so no additional ID was needed?
