Planets aligned today and we had the great 'House of Yoshi' preparing fresh sushi for us in the Microsoft café 121, while on the other end of the same café, we had Urban Kitchen presenting Chef Josh Theilen from 'The Stumbling Goat' where one of the starters was the venison tartare. Raw deer meat and raw fish. What a combo! I'm sure people combined these things before the plate was invented, but this is first time I tried to mix a sushi tartare, and let me tell you - it ain't bad.
If your café at work offer these two dishes, try them together. If not - think about working for a company that does. This is not the only benefit we have. :)

Ала је тежак живот када у кафетерији можеш да бираш између сушија и срнећег тартар бифтека... Наравно да има и печења, али они које воле да им је месо стварно свеже, могу да праве и овакве комбинације.
