Every once in a while we get ourselves a bit more veal than usual, so I spend a few hours cutting it to more manageable pieces. While this is more common thing to do in Serbia (as you can see by the Serbian translation of this text), it is still a thing to do in the USA as well. Fresh, good quality meat, lower price, and cut the way we want (more or less, since I ain't exactly an expert cutter).
Even though I prepared several knives, most of the job was done with one that I resharpened several times during work. The best tools for bones was my portable, power saw.
By the time I was done with cutting, Zorica was already finishing the soup with the first batch of meat I prepared.
It was good. Really good. :)
