DAVIS CUP REPORT: 'Officials'

A sport event like Davis Cup can look very simple from the fans point of view. Get a ticket, watch the game, and brave the traffic on the way out. They do not see how much work is done behind the scene. For every hour of the event, there is another hour of writing up about it, or post-processing photos. There are post-game interviews with players, line judges have their own pre and post rituals too. There is a very busy world of badge holders that average visitor is usually not aware of.

Док нисам ушао у тај посвећени круг 'званичних лица', нисам никада размишљао о томе колико тога се дешава иза сцене. Сат игре тражи још сат писања о игри ако си новинар или сат сређивања слика ако си фотограф. То је јако интересантан круг људи, који нисам до сада боље познавао, али ћу пробати да продубим то знање у будућности.
